ASUS, the global leader in gaming peripherals & PC components, has launched a bunch of new devices at CES 2020 in Las Vegas. The array of devices include notebooks, motherboards, desktops, displays, and even routers.

Starting with notebooks, the company launched its new Chromebook Flip C436, powered by up to 10th Generation Intel Core i7 processor coupled with up to 16GB of RAM, a quick NVMeSSD and cutting-edge WiFi 6 networking capability. It comes with advanced security features like an integrated fingerprint sensor placed right into the power button. It also comes with USI stylus support for open pen input and numerous other peripheral options.

ASUS also announced the all-new Vivobook S-series lineup with three models, i.e., Vivobook S333, Vivobook S433, and Vivobook S533. These ultra-light notebooks crafted carefully are powered by processors up to 10th Generation Intel Core i7 processors along with NVIDIA GPUs. The Vivobooks offer WiFi 6 connectivity as well are available in three screen sizes, i.e. 13-inch, 14-inch, and 15-inch. ExpertBook B9450 is another notebook launched at the event, designed to meet the demanding needs of mobile working professionals. ASUS has also launched ProArtStudioBook notebooks and ProArt Station mini PCs, powered by NVIDIA Quadro and GeForce RTX GPU capabilities, which offer real‑time ray tracing and AI acceleration. The ASUS ProArtStudioBook One is the first laptop to feature NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000 graphics. ASUS also showcased the ProArtStudioBook Pro X with the interactive ASUS ScreenPad 2.0 that enhances productivity.

ASUS introduced the all-new Prime TRX40-Pro at CES, which is an ATX motherboard that unlocks the full potential of AMD’s latest 3rd Gen Ryzen Threadripper processors for content creators, designers, and professional use. It offers comprehensive thermal management and cooling, next-gen connectivity with three PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, Intel Gigabit Ethernet and USB 3.2 Gen 2, and intelligent tuning options. The ASUS Prime TRX40-Pro is a high-end desktop (HEDT) motherboard providing exceptional performance and incredible stability.

At CES 2020, ASUS launched a couple of monitors. The ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACE is a15.6-inch Full HD portable display with ultraslim bezels that can paired with a laptop. The ASUS ProArtDisplay PA248QV and PA278QV are made for creative professionals as these are factory calibrated and offer superb color accuracy with an average Delta E < 2 ratings and 100% sRGB/ 100% Rec. 709 color space coverage. There are some ASUS-exclusive features onboard as well, like ProArt Preset and ProArt Palette with six-axis color, black-level, and brightness adjustments. The 27-inchProArtDisplay PA278QVoffers 2560 x 1440 resolution and a wide aspect ratio, while the 24.1-inch ProArt Display PA248QV has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a 16:10 aspect ratio. They offer flexible connectivity, and each features a USB 3.0 hub for attaching high-speed storage devices and other accessories. ProArt Display PA278QV comes with DisplayPort 1.2, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI 1.4 and Dual-link DVI-D ports, and ProArt Display PA248QV has DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4, and legacy D-Sub ports.

Asus ROG & TUF Gaming Laptops

Now, let’s talk about gaming laptops as these are the most popular among consumers. ASUS has launched both ROG and TUF gaming laptops at CES. A new ROG laptop with a 300Hz refresh rate is finally here, and ASUS has also introduced 120Hz 14-inch gaming panels.

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus GX701 was the first gaming system available with a 300Hz display, and now on the ASUS ROG Strix SCAR III, gamers will get the same experience. It has been honored with a CES 2020 Innovation Award. ASUS also introduced the ROG Zephyrus G14, the 14-inch powerhouse with 1440p display, that is powered by 4th generation AMD Ryzen CPUs with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU.

Apart from the ROG, ASUS also launched new TUF gaming laptops– 15-inch TUF Gaming A15 and F15 & 17-inch A17 and F17. These laptops come with the latest AMD Ryzen 4000 Series Mobile Processors or 10th Gen Intel processors, NVIDIA Turing-based GPUs, and display options with up to a 144Hz refresh rate.

Finally, at CES 202, ASUS launched new routers, which include the ZenWiFi Voice, which is a dual-band AC1300 mesh network router that integrates Amazon Alexa technology. The company also introduced the ZenWiFiAX (XT8), which includes two WiFi 6 routers in a ready-to-deploy mesh configuration for maximum coverage and performance. The ZenWiFiAC (CT8) mesh WiFi system features a pair of AC3000 routers that deliver top performance with a data rate of up to 3000 Mbps and offers elegant aesthetics inspired by the ZenBook family to blend effortlessly with any décor. The RT-AX89X is an 8×8 dual-band WiFi router that provides 1024-QAM for top-speed wireless connections. With a total networking speed of about 6000Mbps.
