2. Project Araproject_ara

This is one of the best things that we are expecting at Google I/O 2015 in terms of hardwares. Project Ara is nothing but an attempt to build modular smartphones and this is all for the sake of better user experience. Like if you want a better camera, just you buy that unit fit on on your phone just like you insert an OTG/USB and you’re all set, in the same way you can add more battery power and swap components on the phone, which was till now possible in case of computers, but now, looks like we’re not so far from experiencing modular smartphone with Project Ara.

Android silver is yet another thing like Nexus devices under this project Google will set up some rules and guidelines for manufacturers under which they can manufacture devices and receive the Android Silver branding. But, this may not be a way to kill Nexus, however Nexus devices may get replaced by Android Silver and get a new branding from Google.

Google rolled out updates for Android Wear right at the time when Apple Watch was launched, and we think that was a pre-planned way to prove the rivalry between Google and Apple.
